Here’s an amazing recipe to homemade remoulade. You can use this as dipping sauce for your seafood or it can be paired with amazing po boy sandwiches. Enjoy!!
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup creole mustard
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1-2 teaspoons Cajun or Creole seasoning
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice (dill or sweet, your preference)
- 3 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 large clove garlic, minced and smashed
- 3 teaspoons of ketchup
- Pinch of salt
Now mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Let sit in fridge for at least two hours before serving!! Enjoy!!
